Jiangsu Changkuang Delivered Again!

On May 7, 2024, at the Jiangsu Changkuang test site, several flatbed trucks loaded with CKD108E pure electric wide-body vehicles are fully prepared to set off for a large-scale mine in the East China region of our country, embarking on a new mining journey with the CKD108E!

The CKD108E is a pure electric off-road dump truck independently developed by Jiangsu Changkuang. In terms of power selection, the R&D team has optimized the power matching and adopted high-speed rail technology motors, which have higher power and torque density, greatly improving the vehicle's power and response performance. The unique new 3-speed AMT gearbox, with a 2-speed ratio, can meet the operation of most mining conditions, and can achieve non-shifting throughout the entire working process, solving the problem of power interruption during the shifting process. The independently developed whole vehicle control system makes the machine more adaptable to the working conditions.

In terms of structure, the integral flexible frame and wear-resistant body are both made of high-strength steel plates. Based on stress analysis and fatigue testing, key parts of the components have been reinforced, which not only enhances the bending and torsional resistance but also results in a lighter overall vehicle weight and greater carrying capacity.

The newly designed cab features a modern exterior and a well-planned interior, with significantly improved sealing and insulation performance compared to industry peers. It provides drivers with a comfortable driving environment and ample operating space, reducing the fatigue of the operators.

The development of an intelligent thermal management system, with the whole vehicle's heat dissipation module and the battery management BMS system driven on demand, establishes an efficient and rational thermal management system.
